After completing his MBA and an undergraduate degree in marketing from San Jose State University, Robert Hessling helped launch HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc. in 2005. He has worked at HomeGuard Inc., the partner company of HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc., since he was sixteen. His role at HomeGuard HomeWarranty includes managing all aspects of the operation and ensuring the highest level of customer service. All members of the HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc. service network have been handpicked by Robert and all take great pride in delivering value and superior work. Robert resides in Gilroy with his beautiful wife Lindsay and their four children; Henry, Max, George and Ava.

After a successful sales career in the Bay area with HomeGuard Inc. Danielle moved to Southern California to work for HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc. as an Account Manager. Over the past 7 years Danielle has moved up in management and recruited and hired talented Account Managers to develop territories throughout Southern California. Now as the Vice President for Marketing she looks forward to expanding the HomeGuard Home Warranty, Inc. brand and providing Realtors and their clients with the level of excellence they have come to expect when using HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc. She currently resides in Lancaster, Ca.

Cathy has been with HomeGuard, Inc. for 24 years and in the home warranty industry for a total of 29 years. She currently manages the Northern and Southern California sales teams. She developed and implements the sales systems currently used by HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc. to insure successful customer relations. She resides in the Bay Area and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running and traveling.
Laura has been in the Home Warranty business for 25 years. She was a VP of Sales for two companies. She started up and managed a new Home Warranty company and managed the state of CA. She then became a Regional Manager in the Bay Area where she maintained a 90+% market share. Her success was from the loyalty she developed with her clients by providing exceptional service for both them and their clients. She was known as “Just call Laura” if you needed something done and done right, you just needed to call her. She moved to Arizona with her husband, Phil, her high school sweetheart of 51 years. They enjoy pickle ball, and traveling. When asked to join the HomeGuard team, she didn’t hesitate due to their standards and ethics in the industry and high level of customer service. She looks forward to opening up Arizona, because there is a difference in Home Warranties and representatives, and she is anxious to show you why.

Jessica has been in the real estate, home lending, and sales industries for 15 years. After a successful career as a Sales Rep with HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc. in the San Fernando Valley, she has taken on the role as Regional Sales Manager for Southern California. She helped develop and implement the sales procedures currently used by HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc. to establish successful business relationships and build up thriving territories. Her mission is to lead the Home Warranty industry by providing the highest level of quality customer service to both the real estate professional and the consumer. Her commitment is for all Sales Representatives to provide a superior level of service to their clients by always being available when needed. Maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism is her goal! She currently resides in Tarzana, California and enjoys traveling and spending time with family & friends.

Zulma Arizmendi has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has managed and owned her own real estate franchise, so she knows great customer service and problem resolution skills are the cornerstone to any successful business. Zulma firmly believes HomeGuard Home Warranty offers the best home protection plan in the industry and is passionate about sharing it’s benefits with her clients. Zulma resides in Huntington Beach and enjoys hiking, working out and spending time with family and friends. As a foodie, Zulma enjoys trying out the best culinary spots throughout Orange County.
Monica brings 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She began her career in the Title Industry and is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Monica has been involved in every aspect of Sales and Customer service which includes Escrow Sales as well. She believes building good relationships is what makes a successful sales Career and it’s her focus to maintain that relationship with every client. Monica is the Sales Account Manager for the South Orange County area. Lisa Stewart has been working in and connected to the real estate industry for over 13 years. She is covering the Ventura County and surrounding areas. Her experience began in the Bay Area in the height of the real estate boom. She has been recognized multiple times as a top performer and was a top Home Warranty Account Manager in her region several years in a row. Lisa’s success was due to extreme attention to detail and tenacity to solve challenging problems. Lisa joins Homeguard HomeWarranty, Inc. to continue that passion for excellent customer service. Lisa lives in Newbury Park with her husband and two kids and loves running, camping, and spending time with her friends and family.
With a financial real estate background Sandra knows what her clients and real estate partners are looking for when shopping for the best services for home buyers. She is proud to be joining the HomeGuard HomeWarranty team where she will continue to provide her outstanding customer service. While attending San Jose State University with a major in International Business, Jim Hessling began a career in real estate and eventually launched several successful real estate related businesses. Due to his many years of business experience, Jim Hessling has developed a remarkable acumen and financial savvy when it comes to business matters. Jim currently lives in Morgan Hill, California and is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Margot, while his adult children, Robert and Renee, pursue careers in business and law.
With a family tradition in the Pest Control industry, Jim Steffenson began his career at the age of twelve working for his father at J.H. Steffenson Termite. With a tremendous work ethic and leading industry knowledge he co-founded HomeGuard Incorporated with Jim Hessling in 1988. Jim Steffenson’s extensive management experience and leadership skills has helped make HomeGuard Incorporated the premier real estate inspection and repair company in Northern California that it is today. HomeGuard HomeWarranty Inc currently benefits from his talented leadership and direction as well. Jim Steffenson now resides in Morgan Hill, California with his wife Raylene and daughter Ashley and is proud of his successful adult children Jim Steffenson III and Nachelle Bastianelli.
